Privacy Policy — Pet Age

Thank you for using Pet Age ("the App", "we"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

Pet information you enter: Pet name, species, birth date, breed/size, photos, adoption date. This data is stored locally on your device only. We do not transmit it to any server.

Photos: If you choose to add a photo of your pet, it is saved to your device's local storage. We do not upload, view, or analyze your photos.

Notifications: If you enable birthday reminders, the App schedules local notifications on your device. No data is sent to external servers for this feature.

2. Information Collected by Third Parties

Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect:

• Device advertising identifier (AAID on Android, IDFA on iOS)
• IP address
• App usage data for ad targeting
• Approximate location (city-level, derived from IP)

You can review Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising).

3. Permissions We Request

• Photos / Storage: Only when you tap "Add photo" — to let you pick or take a photo of your pet. Access is single-use; we don't read other photos.
• Camera: Only when you choose to take a new photo for your pet.
• Notifications: Only if you enable birthday reminders in Settings.
• Internet: Required for advertisements to load.

4. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Advertisements served via AdMob are configured to comply with COPPA (max ad rating: PG).

5. Data Retention and Deletion

All pet data you enter is stored locally on your device. You can delete any pet at any time within the App. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.

6. Your Rights

Because we do not collect personally identifiable information on our servers, there is no central data store from which to request access or deletion. All your data lives on your device and is under your control.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date above.

Cảm ơn bạn đã sử dụng ứng dụng Tuổi Thú Cưng ("Ứng dụng", "chúng tôi"). Chính sách này giải thích cách chúng tôi xử lý thông tin khi bạn dùng Ứng dụng.

1. Thông Tin Chúng Tôi Thu Thập

Thông tin thú cưng bạn nhập: Tên, loài, ngày sinh, giống/kích cỡ, ảnh, ngày nhận nuôi. Dữ liệu này chỉ lưu trên thiết bị của bạn. Chúng tôi không gửi lên server.

Ảnh: Nếu bạn thêm ảnh thú cưng, ảnh được lưu vào bộ nhớ local trên máy. Chúng tôi không upload, xem, hoặc phân tích ảnh của bạn.

Thông báo: Nếu bạn bật nhắc sinh nhật, Ứng dụng lên lịch thông báo local trên thiết bị. Không có dữ liệu nào gửi ra server cho tính năng này.

2. Thông Tin Bên Thứ Ba Thu Thập

Google AdMob: Chúng tôi dùng Google AdMob để hiển thị quảng cáo. AdMob có thể thu thập:

• Mã định danh quảng cáo của thiết bị (AAID/IDFA)
• Địa chỉ IP
• Dữ liệu sử dụng app cho mục đích quảng cáo
• Vị trí gần đúng (cấp thành phố, từ IP)

Bạn có thể tắt quảng cáo cá nhân hóa: Android → Cài đặt → Quyền riêng tư → Quảng cáo.

3. Quyền Truy Cập Chúng Tôi Yêu Cầu

• Ảnh / Bộ nhớ: Chỉ khi bạn nhấn "Thêm ảnh" — để chọn hoặc chụp ảnh thú cưng.
• Camera: Chỉ khi bạn chọn chụp ảnh mới.
• Thông báo: Chỉ nếu bạn bật nhắc sinh nhật.
• Internet: Cần để tải quảng cáo.

4. Quyền Riêng Tư Trẻ Em

Ứng dụng không nhắm đến trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập thông tin từ trẻ em. Quảng cáo AdMob được cấu hình tuân thủ COPPA (mức rating tối đa: PG).

5. Lưu Trữ Và Xóa Dữ Liệu

Tất cả dữ liệu thú cưng bạn nhập đều lưu local trên máy. Bạn có thể xóa bất kỳ thú cưng nào bất cứ lúc nào trong Ứng dụng. Gỡ Ứng dụng sẽ xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu local.

6. Quyền Của Bạn

Vì chúng tôi không thu thập thông tin cá nhân trên server, không có nơi nào lưu trữ tập trung để yêu cầu truy cập/xóa. Tất cả dữ liệu của bạn nằm trên máy bạn.

7. Thay Đổi Chính Sách

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách theo thời gian. Thay đổi quan trọng sẽ được phản ánh qua ngày "Cập nhật lần cuối" ở trên.
